STRESS MANAGEMENT - Stress is not something that can be controlled. Often it is not able to be reduced. Most certainly it is not something that will ever go away. So we are left living life on life’s terms – stress is here to stay. Your best defense is to learn to tame and manage it – to have stress on a leash that you maintain and not let it swing you around by your tail.
