THERAPY RATES- 3 Fee Options
(each session is 55 minutes in duration)
1) In-network insurance - copay option
If you are in-network with Aetna insurance, you can apply your copay option. If you have an in-network deductible, you will need to meet the deductible before applying the copay option.
2) Out-of-network insurance reimbursement plan (PPO or POS).
If you have a PPO or POS plan, services may be covered by your out-of-network health benefits. Full fee of $110.00 is required up front for each session, then you will receive a monthly statement to submit for insurance reimbursement (usually 50-80% is covered after the deductible is met).
2) Fee-for-service sliding scale
An out-of-pocket fee that is based on annual household income.
Cash, check, credit card or FSA card are accepted.
Cancellation Policy For Therapy
24 hour notice is requested for cancellation (other details will be discussed during the initial session).
NOTE: Phone sessions are available at any time due to inclement weather, time constraints getting to the office, minor illness, injury, or location (i.e. away at college). Payment for phone sessions is requested to be mailed within 24 hours after the session.
